Over the years Yale has compiled an exhaustive list of credits and awards. In 1983 Yale was the winner of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Outstanding Individual Achievement Award for Film Editing for his work on the "World Series American History Montage." This ninety-second, quick cutting history of the World Series used over 650 still photographs and preceded all 1982 and 1986 World Series games aired on NBC-TV.

Other broadcast credits include:

"Childreach Plan International" - a 30 minute fund raising infomercial hosted by Katherine Hepburn. Photographed and edited in a documentary style, this show focused on several poverty stricken South American families in an effort to raise money and awareness. "Childreach" aired nationally in 1996 on several cable networks.

"Take One With Robert Klein" - a 22 minute pilot for television syndication. "Take One" explores the creative process of movie making and is an informative, humorous and entertaining insider's look at the art of filmmaking.

"The John McEnroe US Open Preview" - a 30 minute fast paced preview of the US Open Tennis Championships hosted by tennis great John McEnroe. This show aired on the USA cable network in August of 1998.

"Countdown" - a 1 hour special promoting the Pay Per View rematch between heavyweight champions Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis. This show aired on HBO and local television networks in November of 1999.

"TV Guide Celebrity Dish" - Mark McEwen hosts this one hour show and is joined each week by guest celebrities who share their recipes and cooking secrets. "Celebrity Dish" premiered July 12, 2000 on the Food Network.
